ModSquad has partnered with a leading music streaming service, and we’re on the hunt for bilingual Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote team.

As a member of this team, you’ll be:

The first point of contact for customers via inbound messages

Helping users with account support, technical issues, and general platform questions

Delivering support in Polish and English
-
Supporting multiple customers at once with care, clarity, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:

Professional fluency in Polish and English
-
Experience providing customer supportvia chat/messaging
-
Ability to multitask and manage 3-5 customer chats at once
-
Strong communication skills and a desire to help others
-
Comfortable using a webcam and working remotely
Schedule & Commitments (Pacific Time):
Orientation (8 weeks, 40 hours/week)

Phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM – 1 PM PT
-
Phase 2: 4 weeks, Flexible scheduling between 7 AM – 10 PM PT
Production:
-
Flexible hours between 7 AM – 10 PM PT
-
Minimum 25 hours per week, with 12 hours on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Commitment: 180 days
