This fully remote position is ideal for an established attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, litigation-focused environment and is looking for long-term career growth within a collaborative legal team. Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Employment Law Attorney with 15+ years of experience in employment litigation, including expertise in PAGA-inclusive claims, school district defense, and third-party administrator panels. You will work with public entities and educational institutions, handling complex employment disputes and guiding clients through litigation strategy, defense, and compliance matters.
