If you’re a hungry, confident salesperson with enough SEO knowledge to hold a conversation (you don’t have to be an expert), and you enjoy creative outbound strategies, keep reading.
What You’ll Do
This is a full-cycle sales role, but let’s be real. Your number one job is closing deals.
You will:

Run inbound video sales calls. We don’t do phone sales. These are on-camera, relationship-driven, often one-call closes.

Do light outbound (warm outreach, personalized LinkedIn outbound, ABM style targeted reachouts).

Qualify leads and build real rapport with marketing leaders.

Explain the basics of SEO, link building, AEO, brand mentions, listicles, and citations clearly and confidently.

Manage deals, tasks, and follow-ups inside HubSpot. This is non-negotiable.

Keep your pipeline clean, moving, and alive. Not a CRM graveyard.

Collaborate inside Slack and keep simple processes updated in Notion.

Make prospects say, “Finally, someone who isn’t bullshitting me about link building.”

You don’t need to be an SEO strategist, but you should understand:

Location
Remote. Preference for US, Latin America, or Europe time zones.
Asia and Australia time zones won’t align with our call schedule.
